Are there any hidden costs?

What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
We will keep your data active for 30 days so you can export it. After 30 days we will automatically delete your data permanently.
Do you use or sell my data, even after cancellation?
No, and we will never! We are bound by our contract with you, as well as PIPEDA and PHIPA.
Can I import my patient’s demographical, clinical and billing information into GoodX?
Yes, you can import patient demographical information into GoodX (in most cases). Billing and clinical data import depend on its format. Feel free to contact us so we can assess the possibility of the import.
Can I export my data from GoodX?
Yep, you can export your data from almost everywhere in GoodX. Additional charges will apply if you want to do a bulk export (everything all at once) or export it to a different format than provided.
Where is my data stored?
Our data servers are located in Canada, as per the federal legal requirements.
Is my (and my patients’) data, safe?
Yes, our development and support departments are ISO 27001 certified. ISO/IEC 27001 is the world’s best-known standard for information security management systems (ISMS) and their requirements.
Do I need a Diary for each practitioner (doctor / physician / dentist)?
No, but it is recommended. GoodX has a multi-diary view that helps you manage multiple diaries at the same time. While a booking can be made in the same time slot for different practitioners, this can become cluttered and hard to manage.
Do I need a User for each one of my staff members?
Only if that staff member will be working on GoodX. For audit purposes, it is recommended to have separate user accounts for each staff member as a security best practice.
I want to try out GoodX, but I am not sure if it will suit my needs?

Do you offer any other products for disciplines other than family physicians?

What can I change after the setup is done?
Almost everything is customisable in the settings. In some cases, some customisation functionality is disabled to provide an easier learning curve. Please contact support if you want to change something and can't find the setting.
How is support provided?
Support is provided via a ticketing system (email) and telephonically.
Are there any training or documentation available?
We have extensive documentation, including webinars and videos, available here. Should you need online or in-person training, please contact us to set this up.
